This event featured homemade goods, natural personal care items, a wine tasting, and wellness talks by some of our favorite industry experts. These experts spoke about a variety of different topics ranging from a gluten-free lifestyle to financial wellness. A Delicious Demonstration by gfJules
Known as gfJules, Jules Shepard has been highly-visible in the gluten-free community since 2007, when she published her first gluten-free cookbook. Since then, she has authored two more award-winning books and has become the Associate Editor of “Living Without’s Gluten Free & More.” Shepard also runs gfJules, a gluten-free lifestyle blog, along with her award-winning gluten-free flour and baking mix company.
A gluten-free advocate, Shepard presented a cooking demonstration for attendees of the In Good Health Holiday Market & Wellness Expo. During her presentation, she showed the crowd how to make a gluten-free pie crust.
