On Saturday, June 6, a free, virtual experiential practice explored the interconnections between people and planet.
Our breath takes us on a journey of profound exploration of our symbiotic relationship with our larger body: the Earth. As the Northern Hemisphere returns to life after a dormant season, the energy of the Earth fuels into the biosphere. An emerald green blanket covers the once bare soil, and we return to breath. Breathing with the Earth, we attune to her rhythm and sync our life force. We feel the deep, calming nourishment and connect with something larger than us. Breathing with the Earth, we overcome the illusion of separateness and return home to ourselves.
This practice included an experiential component where participants are invited to lay down. We concluded with a sharing circle.
