Institute Fellow Chris D’Adamo’s Culinary Health and Medicine Program was featured in a great article from The Daily Record, discussing the importance of a complementary health approach, including diet, for issues like cancer. The Culinary Health and Medicine Program is a core curriculum developed for first- and second-year medical students to empower them, as future physicians, to better address the dietary and lifestyle needs of their patients. We are so proud to have partnered with University of Maryland School of Medicine for this program.
